Do you offer custom colors?
At this time, we do not offer custom colors.
Can I order by phone?
No: At this time we are unable to accomidate phone orders, We apologize for the inconvinence.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please reach out to us for any order changes or cancellation requests and we will work with you to adjust your shipment. Our processes have been optimized to have your order completed and shipped as quickly as possible which means your order may be further along in the pulling and packing process than you might expect. All cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee, unless the mistake is ours.

 Any cancellation may carry a restocking fee that is dependent on the items ordered as well as the stage the order is in at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours from the time of purchase, these fees may be waived. The restocking fee is typically around 10-25% but, due to vendor contracts as well as shipping and handling expenses, some products can carry a higher restocking fee once processing has begun; please Contact Us for any questions.
What is your Return Policy?
Items may be returned if they are unused (not installed) and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Additionally, all Scratch and Dent items are considered final sale, and refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.

 Returns of this kind should be submitted in their original packaging, in new and unused condition (not installed). The product should not show any significant wear, dents, dings or scratches. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

Is my product made in the USA?
Absolutely! All of the products we sell are designed, fabricated and shipped by us. Our shop is located in Statham, GA. We strongly believe in keeping American manufacturing alive.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes! All orders ship with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email with your tracking number, please check your spam folder. Our emails tend to get stuck there from time to time. If you can not find our emails there, please contact us at support@hksfab.com and we will be happy to forward it to you manually.
How do I know if the parts I want are in stock?
95% of our manufactured products are in stock at all times. If a product is out of stock it cannot be added to your cart, You can choose to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax based on your location. Your taxes will be calculated automatically at checkout.

How to use discount codes?
All discount codes must be entered at checkout.  
How is shipping fee calculated?
To check shipping costs, add your items to the cart, go to your cart by clicking on the link in the top right hand corner of our website. There is a shipping calculator in the cart that will give you an accurate price.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

If you’re missing an item from your order, first double-check your packaging to ensure it wasn’t simply overlooked; then, contact us immediately with your order number and details about the missing item for a replacement or refund.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
